Horsham Child Contact Centre is operated by a team of volunteers through Kingdom Faith Church in Horsham. The Centre opened in May 2008 and is now an accredited member centre with the National Association of Contact Centres (NACCC).

The National Association of Child Contact Centres holds the following values:

• Respecting individuals, preserving confidentiality.
• Valuing and supporting voluntary service.

NACCC's member Child Contact Centres have an endorsed accreditation process which shows that all NACCC Child Contact Centres work to agreed and approved national standards, which ensure that families using the Child Contact Centres are safe and well cared for.
